De-a lungul anilor mai multe modific\u0103ri au fost efectuate pentru a extinde domeniul personal \u015fi material de aplicare. Cu cre\u015fterea continu\u0103 a statelor membre UE, un nou set de reglement\u0103ri au fost adoptate \u015fi au intrat \u00een vigoare \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 1 mai 2010.
