Folosirea acestui logo pentru alimente organice din ter\u0163e \u0163\u0103ri, totu\u015fi, va fi op\u0163ional\u0103. Atunci c\u00e2nd logo-ul UE este folosit, va trebui s\u0103 fie indicat precis locul produc\u0163iei ingredientelor agricole. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Distribuirea produselor organice din ter\u0163e \u0163\u0103ri este permis\u0103 numai pe pia\u0163a comunc\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd aceste produse sunt realizate \u015fi controlate condi\u0163ii identice sau echivalente. P\u00e2n\u0103 acum, puteau fi importate numai produsele organice din ter\u0163e \u0163\u0103ri recunoscute de UE sau bunuri a c\u0103ror producere era controlat\u0103 de statele membre \u015fi care primiser\u0103 licen\u0163e de import. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Procedura licen\u0163elor de import va fi \u00een viitor \u00eenlocuit\u0103 de un nou regim al importului. Organismele de control ce activeaz\u0103 \u00een ter\u0163e \u0163\u0103ri vor fi apoi direct autorizate \u015fi monitorizate de Comisia Europea\u0103 \u015fi statele membre. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Aceast\u0103 nou\u0103 procedur\u0103 permite Comisiei Europene s\u0103 supravegheze \u015fi monitorizeze mai bine importul de produse organice \u015fi controlul garan\u0163iilor produselor organice. \u00cen plus, \u00een noua legisla\u0163ie a fost inclus\u0103 baza pentru acceptarea normelor UE privind agricultura organic\u0103. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u00cen cazul \u00een care operatorii de pe pia\u0163\u0103 nu respect\u0103 toate cerin\u0163ele, certificatul lor pentru produse organice poate fi retras, iar dreptul de comercializare a produselor organice ridicat. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u00cen luna iunie 2007, Consiliul mini\u015ftrilor agriculturii din UE a convenit asupra noului Regulament privind produc\u0163ia \u015fi etichetarea produselor organice. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Obiectivul noului cadru legal este de a stabili direc\u0163ia pentru dezvoltarea \u00een continuare a cultiv\u0103rii produselor organice. Sunt avute \u00een vedere sisteme de cultivare durabile \u015fi o varietate de produse de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate. \u00cen acest proces, va fi pus un accent tot mai mare pe protec\u0163ia mediului, biodiversitate \u015fi standarde ridicate de protec\u0163ie a animalelor. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Produsele organice trebuie s\u0103 respecte sistemele \u015fi ciclurile naturale.
