Se adreseaza institutiilor de invatamant preuniversitar de stat si privat (de la gradinite la scoli postliceale) si tuturor membrilor comunitatii educationale care isi desfasoara activitatea in acest sector: elevilor, tuturor categoriilor de personal didactic, precum si autoritatilor locale, asociatiilor de parinti sau ONG-urilor care activeaza in domeniul educational.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\u00a0Comenius sprijina financiar realizarea de parteneriate scolare, proiecte de formare a personalului didactic, retele de parteneriat scolar, precum si participarea la stagii de formare initiala si continua pentru a creste calitatea si a consolida dimensiunea europeana in educatie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Obiective specifice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">dezvoltarea cunoasterii si intelegerii diversitatii culturale si lingvistice europene in randul profesorilor si elevilor<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">sprijinirea elevilor pentru a dobandi competentele si abilitatile necesare dezvoltarii personale pentru integrare profesionala si cetatenie europeana activa.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\u00a0Obiective operationale<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">cresterea calitatii si a volumului mobilitatilor elevilor si personalului didactic in diferite state membre<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">cresterea calitatii si a volumului parteneriatelor intre scolile din diferite state membre, astfel incat sa se ajunga la cifra de cel putin 3 milioane de elevi implicati in activitati educationale comune pe durata programului (2007-2013)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">incurajarea invatarii limbilor straine moderne<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">sprijinirea dezvoltarii de continuturi, servicii, pedagogii si practici inovatoare si bazate pe TIC (tehnologia informatiei si comunicarii<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">cresterea calitatii si a dimensiunii europene in formarea personalului didactic<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">sprijinirea procesului de imbunatatire a abordarilor pedagogice si a managementului scolilor.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\u00a0Grupul tinta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">elevi<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">institutii de invatamant preuniversitar, in functie de criteriile stabilite de fiecare stat membru<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">personal didactic si nedidactic din scolile mai sus-mentionate<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">asociatii, organizatii non-profit, ONG-uri<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">persoane si organisme care raspund de invatamantul preuniversitar la nivel local, regional si national<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">centre de cercetare si institutii implicate in invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">institutii de invatamant universitar<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">organisme ce ofera servicii de orientare, consiliere si informare.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; Pentru Proiectele multilaterale, proiectele de Retele si Masuri acompaniatoare aplicatiile trebuie sa fie trimise la Agentia Executiva pentru Educatie, Audiovizual si Cultura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; implementat direct de catre candidat (Procedura A)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"TEXT-DECORATION: none\">&#8211; sau in cooperare cu organizatia partenera care este implicata in designul si implementarea proiectului si care este desemnata de candidat in momentul candidaturii (Procedura B) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"TEXT-DECORATION: none\">In ambele cazuri, programul de activitati poate implica \u201eparteneri asociati\u201d. Acestia participa la implementarea activitatilor propuse in proiect, dar nu in aceeasi masura ca organizatiile partenere. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"TEXT-DECORATION: none\">Candidatii eligibili <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"TEXT-DECORATION: none\">Propunerile trebuie trimise de autoritati locale sau regionale sau de organizatii active in domeniul tineretului la nivel european care au organizatii membre in cel putin 8 state ale programului Tineret in Actiune. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"TEXT-DECORATION: none\">Tarile programului sunt: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"TEXT-DECORATION: none\">&#8211; cele 27 de state membre UE<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"TEXT-DECORATION: none\">&#8211; Este condusa de studenti si functioneaza in beneficiul studentilor. BEST organizeaza diferite activitati la care studentii din universitatile membre au sansa de a-si largi experienta lor internationala, de a-si face prieteni, a se distra si a-si imbunatati cunostintele de limba engleza. La fiecare curs BEST participa 20-30 de studenti de la politehnica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"TEXT-DECORATION: none\"><span style=\"FONT-WEIGHT: normal\">Grupurile locale BEST organizeaza cursuri scurte (de 1-2 saptamani) in timpul iernii, primaverii si verii, in cadrul carora studentii de la politehnica au oportunitatea de a aprofunda un subiect anume din aria lor de interes. BEST organizeaza, de asemenea, seminarii pe teme educationale, competitii pe teme de inginerie si activitati de petrecere a timpului liber. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"TEXT-DECORATION: none\"><span style=\"FONT-WEIGHT: normal\">In cadrul unui curs, participantii merg la prelegerile tinute de profesorii din cadrul universitatii sau de experti din diferite companii.
